Agility

Fast paced dog sport

The sport of dog Agility is a hugely popular recreation to undertake with your dog. Together, handlers and their dog navigate a course of up to 20 obstacles with the aim being a clear run in the fastest time.

Its a fantastic way to build your bond with your dog, improves obedience and ability to work under pressure, gives them a job to do which fulfils their drive to work, improves fitness of both dog and owner, and its a great place to socialise.

Amy has been competing in agility with her own dogs for over 9 years and trained with some of the worlds top handlers. She teaches young dogs and beginners for Cornwall Agility Club, and has trained many up to competition level. But she’s also happy to work with those who just want to have the best time with their dog, who maybe can’t compete due to reactivity. Amy has also ran many charity events and have-a-go agility for Doggy Days Out. She really enjoys watching the dogs and handlers grow together in a safe set up.

We offer group classes or private sessions as well as the occasional workshop.
