4 paws is a dog walking, training/behaviour, daily welfare visit, and house sitting service for all types of domestic pets covering the St. Austell area.
Established in 2011 by Amy Hunkin BSc (hons) degree in Animal Science, Behaviour and Welfare. Since then the business has grown to a team of 5 passionate animal lovers who really take the time to care for your fur baby as if they were our own.
Everyone at 4paws is fully insured, DBS checked and have regular pet 1st aid training. As a team we can also call on each other to help out if needed and Amy is on hand to consult on anything we are concerned about.
Once a booking is pencilled in your main carer is available for an initial free, no-obligation visit to discuss your requirements, and for you and your pet to get to know me and vice-versa. We aim to keep the same person as your pets carer but sometimes will switch or cover if needed.

Every beloved pet is an individual, we aim to provide the perfect package for you and your pets. Services are available 365 Days a year, including bank and national holidays. Perfect for your days off, family visits and vacations.
How it works
Firstly, drop us a message outlining the service or services you are potentially interested in, including the type of pet and any relavent dates.
Once we have had a look to see if we can indeed, provide what you require, we will ask you to complete one of our info forms if you haven’t already done so. Or if we are unable to satisfy your request we will endeavour to put you in touch with another company that may be more suited to your requirements.
If you can send a message to confirm the info form is ready for checking, we will do so and ask any other questions we may need.
Once we have cleared you, we are ready to book in your service and we will arrange a meet n greet with you around two weeks before the start date. However if you require emergency or short notice pet care we are more than happy to speed up the process, but we may not have time do get in a meet n greet.
We appreciate payment on the first appointment of the week for that week in advance. And for house sitting 2 weeks in advance to secure your booking. We don’t charge for cancellations unless we have reached the property, any overpaid monies will be either rolled over or refunded.
Our team member will keep you updated on your pets adventures with us through messages, videos and photos.
If you need to change a booking simply message and we will do our best to accommodate.
